Founded in 1995, Zhejiang Wuyi Contest Stainless Steel Products Manufacture Co., Ltd. is one of leading manufacturers of export stainless steel products in China. Our company specializes in mass production of stainless steel vacuum flasks, coffee mugs and auto mugs for major private label customers.

Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and turns out 25,000 mugs every day. We employ 150 trained production staff. With customers' requirements in mind, our company manufactures products strictly according to the ISO 9001 standards.

Our Japanese techniques and production lines are fully automated to minimize human errors. Meanwhile, production staff members are well trained in Q.C. inspection. To guarantee high standards and good quality, we only use stainless steel from Japan and Korea.

Our equipment includes blanking-pressing machines, 30 sets of deep draw machines, hydraulic-press shaped machinery, a grease cleaning-alkaline washing machine, an ultrasonic washing machine, drying ovens and silver-weld machines.

Our Q.C. division boasts an independent lab and 20 staff, who are able to handle most of the physical and mechanical tests. The Q.C. division enforces the in-process quality inspection, according to a complete quality control scheme. Clients are welcome to perform a pre-delivery inspection to be sure of the quality of their order.
